Land acquisition of toll roads in Pekalongan is constraine
The process of land clearance of the trans-Java toll road project
in the Pekalongan regency, Central Java, has been slow, due to constraints in
land acquisition processes or data collection in the field, such as the
investigation of inheritance rights of land affected by toll road projects,
Land that has changed hands due to sale or purchase or is reproduced. Until
now, from 23 villages affected by the toll road project, only five villages
have been paid land compensation.
Secretary of Executor of Toll Road Exemption of Pekalongan Regency,
Wahyudi Widodo, said that the land acquisition executive is optimistic that the
process will be completed by the end of August 2016, according to the target
given, Elshinta Contributor Eka Susanti said Tuesday (2/8).
Widodo explained, from 23 villages affected by the toll, until
July 2016 only five villages have been paid, with a value of Rp43, 8 billion.
These five villages are each village of Surobayan, Karangdowo, Rengas,
Tegalsuruh and Tegalontar. Meanwhile, eight villages have been announced or assessment
phase. Four other villages are ready to be announced and the rest are still
processed.
Widodo further said that for the interchange of the original toll
road in Bojongminggir Village, Bojong District, the plan will change in
Purwodadi Village, Sragi District. Thus, PPKom proposed that Bojongminggir
Village be removed from the determination of toll road location, because it is
no longer included in the toll road.
Meanwhile, for interchange access from Purwodadi to Pantura line,
it is proposed the addition of new location which includes Tengengwetan
Village, Tengengkulon, and Rembun. Based on the data from the Pekalongan District Government's
sections, the land affected by the toll road includes 2006 parcels of land, 51
parcels of land, eight parcels of land, 13 plots of waqf, three grave land, 38
public facilities (fasum) (Fasos), and 18 other fields (PJKA, BRI, SD, field).
For the village treasury land there is difficulty finding
replacement land in one village. Meanwhile, the three tombs of the toll road
project are located in the villages of Babalan Kidul, Babalan Lor, and
Ambokembang. To find a replacement land of the grave was still constrained.
